Green Goddess
The “Green Goddess” Pressed into service as late as 2002 supporting local communities by providing extra backup to firefighters in local areas where water supply was low or remote areas needed to be reached . The RLHZ Self Propelled Pump manufactured by Bedford Motors was well maintained and dry housed by the AFS . In 2004 the government began to disband the contingency of "Green Goddess" vehicles and the much loved engines were made available to museums, collectors and enthusiasts .
We love our "Goddess" which retains all its working bells and whistles .
