1934 Morris Minor Saloon
1934 Morris Minor Saloon Beautifully presented Morris Minor Saloon SHOW STANDARD , was first registered on the 1st January 1934 and still retains its original registration mark ATN 38. The Morris comes with it's old Brown ‘buff’ logbook confirming the car was in South Shields before selling to a lady in Morpeth in 1961. Two years later, she sold the car to her nephew, also in Morpeth and in total the Morris spent 60 years with the family, It spent a number of years off the road and in 2014
the family decided to carry out a comprehensive restoration retaining originality where possible. The body was beautifully restored and painted, the mechanicals fully overhauled to include engine work, and the car then built up to a high standard. The engine bay has been very nicely built up and detailed with the overall finish being worthy of local show level to drive. The Pytchley sliding sunroof works perfectly and is a lovely feature, the rear blind is also correctly in place and working, as are the Lucas trafficators. The Morris performs very well , I doubt there is a better example to be acquired today , Charming pre war saloon ready to show or just personally enjoy , Extensive history , Current V5C ,
